Who is responsible
Paradygma is a trade name operated by PiWaï Company, 34 rue de la Verrerie, 75004 Paris, France, which acts as data controller. For any question about personal data, or to exercise your rights: pre@calloch.com. Questions are handled by Pierre-Yves Calloc'h.
Audience measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, the site or search that brought you here, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the type of device and browser. These measurements are only collected if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit.
Before you choose, and if you decline, the Google tag is still present on the page but runs in a restricted mode: it sets no cookie, stores no identifier and sends Google nothing that could identify you or your device. It reports only that a page was viewed, which Google uses to estimate aggregate traffic.
Legal basis: your consent. Retention: 14 months.
Advertising
We advertise on Google Search. If you accept, Google Ads cookies let us know which advert brought you to the site and whether that visit led to a message, and allow us to show you our adverts again on Google services. We do not build advertising profiles ourselves, and we do not target individuals.
If you decline, or before you choose, no advertising cookie is set and no advertising identifier is stored. The click identifier Google adds to the address of the page is removed before anything is sent.
Legal basis: your consent. Retention: 13 months.
When you contact us
If you write to us, we keep your email address, your name and the content of your message, in order to reply and to follow up on the conversation. Legal basis: the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. These messages are kept for 18 months after the last contact. They are stored in Microsoft Outlook, and may in future be stored in a customer relationship management tool.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Google Analytics cookies, placed only after you accept, and kept for no more than 13 months.
- Google Ads cookies, placed only after you accept, and kept for no more than 13 months.
- A record of your choice, stored locally in your browser. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to us, and it exists only so the banner does not ask you again.
- You can change your mind at any time using the Cookies link at the bottom of every page: your choice is erased and the banner is shown again.
Who receives the data
Google Ireland Limited, for audience measurement and advertising, and Microsoft, for hosting in the West Europe region. Google may transfer data outside the European Union; those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to receive it in a portable form. You may withdraw your consent to audience measurement and advertising at any time. Write to pre@calloch.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
